We Love The Holidays!

Everybody knows word-of-mouth advertising is one of the best ways to find out who does a good job! You trust that your neighbor wouldn't lie to you about how the professional did, right? So, the rating of a company's performance is reaching more people, good and bad alike. We find that most of the jobs we get are from past customers, referrals, or from passing out flyers (which is another great way to be neighborly!). This is because we go to every job with the same level of professionalism, urgency, and dedication, with standards and procedures that ensure good reviews! For instance, our carpet cleaning process is "much more thorough than other professionals" (Dick Fuller, Bull Shoals). We not only use deep extraction ( more info on deep extraction ), but we also pre-treat the high-traffic areas and spots beforehand, which allows for a deep clean. We also apply our disinfectant and stain resistor over the entire surface with NO EXTRA CHARGE! And don't forget about our professional upholstery cleaning service . Our pressure-washing side of Top Quality has upgraded equipment, too! We actually no longer use pressure to clean homes, which can damage property, but now use a solution that actually kills the mold ( more on this deadly mold )! This gets homes looking much cleaner, and we are only there for 1hr 30min with a basic house wash! Plus we offer other specialized services like roof cleaning, rust & graffiti removal, awning cleaning, and much more ! Whether it's power washing, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, roof cleaning, or any of our services, Top Quality has proven standards that have shaped our routine, and the business itself. We do what works, even if it takes a little more effort and time, because we are here to serve our community and to see great results!

To be a legit business, it's not enough just having a license to operate. You are putting your trust into the people you hire, so be sure they are keeping up with insurance coverage! Otherwise, you could end up having to use your homeowner's insurance if something were to happen!

At Top Quality, we love spreading the Christmas cheer! We now offer another great Top Quality service: Christmas Light Installation . This is such an exciting service, and a lot of fun getting to spread the holiday cheer to our customers and passer-bys! The process is enjoyable, and super easy for the client. We start by measuring the desired length, so we know how many C9 bulbs we need. Every foot gets one of these commercial-grade super bright LEDs, so it makes counting easy! If you are feeling extra festive, we can really turn a place into a magical, head-turning display. Check out our example below where the client wanted a gingerbread effect. Coupled with the multi-colored LEDs, this made for a fantastic look!

Have you ever wondered what that black on your roof is? Many customers that we serve are unaware of what it is, or that it can be treated & removed. In fact, the black staining on roofs is due to the presence of a living organism - gleo capsa magma. This is a special type of algae, and the cause of those ugly black roofs! Due to our climate in the lower part of the States, and the bodies of water that surround us, we are living in the most affected area for roof mold. This is green and black algae that attaches itself to your shingles, and uses the cellulose in them as food. To make matters worse, the mold is mostly attracted to the bits of limestone in shingles; which act as the reflective material for your roof. The result - a corrosive byproduct that is constantly deteriorating your roof! The longer it is left unchecked, the less effective your roof will be at keeping the heat off your home in the summer. As well as a menace to your roof, this black mold is also a nuisance to your health. As you open the windows to let "fresh air" in, or your a/c unit is blowing in cool air, you are also breathing in all the mold spores that are just above your head! This definitely is a cause for heightened allergies in our area.
